The Beginning…
Originally Ms. Nubian started her STEAM Education journey 7 years ago teaching middle schoolers coding and robotics. 7 years later after teaching over 800+ Students how to code online and in-person Ms. Nubian decided to launch her own Educational Consultation Company after being laid off during the COVID19 Pandemic. Today, Nubian STEAM Adventures was launched in 2021 and is currently a NYC Department Of Education Vendor providing In-School and Afterschool STEAM curriculums to public schools across the city.
Our Game Based Learning Curriculums are developed and tested by students and educators across NYC and integrated with award winning learning platforms such as TYNKER and PYTHON and other Programming Languages. Since launching in 2021, Partnerships in the past have been with Van Siclen Community Middle School, P.S. 328 Phyllis Wheatly Elementary, I.S. 61 William A Morris. Our vision is to expose STEAM to youth in the community by expanding our programs by partnering with community centers, and libraries in the NYC area.
